IN THE COURT OF CRIMINAL APPEALS

OF TEXAS

NO. 73,131

VIRGIL EURISTI MARTINEZ, Appellant

v.

THE STATE OF TEXAS

APPEAL FROM

BRAZORIA COUNTY

Womack, J., filed a concurring opinion.

I join the judgment of the court and, except as to points of error 18 and 19, its opinion. In my view there was no error as to those points, and therefore the issue of harmless error need not be reached.

En banc.
Delivered May 17, 2000.
